Membership

Junior membership provides a pathway to Executive membership for candidates age 24 to 40 by offering memberships at a reduced rate. This is an equity position with full club privileges including:

• Equity and voting rights
• Beneficiary privilege
• Privilege of using the Club by family
• Serving at the Board and Committees
• Eligible for-profit sharing
• Complimentary meeting rooms
• Use of the Business Center, Clubhouse and WiFi
• Discounts on hosted private events
• Access to over 100 other Clubs worldwide
• Complimentary parking
• Complimentary EV chargers
• Full calendar of social events

At any point before their 40th birthday, the Junior member has the option to convert to an Executive membership at the current price and to apply all initiation fees paid to date towards the current initiation fee for the purchase of an Executive Membership.

Initiation Fee: $1,000
Monthly Dues: $135
Quarterly Food & Beverage Minimum: $150
Monthly Capital Improvement Fee: $20

Corporate membership allows two to four designees from the same corporate entity or limited liability company (with documentation and legitimate business purpose) to join. This is a non-equity, non-voting membership. Designees will enjoy membership privileges including:

• Privilege of using the Club by family
• Serving at the Committees
• Use of the Business Center, Clubhouse and WiFi
• Discounts on hosted private events
• Access to over 100 other Clubs worldwide
• Complimentary parking
• Complimentary EV chargers
• Full calendar of social events

Quarterly Food & Beverage Minimum per Designee: $150
