Please allow me to introduce you to the University Club of Pasadena. We are a traditional luncheon club with a long and prestigious history. The Club was chartered in 1922 and established for persons of similar tastes and education to meet and enjoy each others' company through a series of educational and social events.
Throughout the years, many distinguished scientists have either been speakers or members. The list includes notables such as Albert Einstein, Dr. Albert Michelson and professor Edwin Hubbell.
Today, our membership is complemented with business men, women and professionals of the greater Pasadena area. They represent a wide variety of professions, giving the club a well-rounded mixture of members.
During the luncheons, members are invited to bring guests for dining, to meet other members and friends if they are arriving alone, or enjoy one of our open "round tables" in the main dining room. Each round table has an area of interest such as Tournament of Roses members, Rotarians, medical professionals, etc. All members are free to join each round table, to mix and mingle.
Membership privileges are also extended to the spouse of the member. Spouses may utilize the Club in the same manner as the member.
The University Club is now available to the general public to book special events during non-member hours. Please check out our banquet page for more information.
